Fort Myers Amateur Radio Club, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Admission Ticket Suggested Donations

  • Early Bird $10.00 if ordered by 12/31/2025.
  • $12.00 After 12/31/2025 and at door.
  • $20.00 VIP Ticket Package (Includes VIP Parking, Admission Ticket, 6 Raffle Tickets and 1 Commemorative Pin).
  • Free admission ticket without raffle ticket for Children (under 12), Student (with valid student ID) and Newly Licensed Technicians from Hamfest VE session).

All single admission tickets will receive one raffle ticket except as noted above.

VIP Admission Tickets will receive 6 raffle tickets as part of your VIP Package.

If you order your admission tickets online, you may order additional raffle tickets. Your admission and raffle tickets will be available at Will Call in the lobby.

Raffle Tickets Rules

Eligibility:

  • The raffle is open to those who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Void where prohibited. The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

How to enter:

  • No purchase is required for raffle tickets. (A purchase or contribution will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited. The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.)
  • To receive one free raffle ticket, the request must be requested in writing prior to 12/31/2025 to allow for processing time. Please forward your request, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE), to: FMARC, PO Box 061183, Fort Myers, FL. 33906. Requests for “no contribution” entries by one individual for another are not eligible.
  • By donation: Entrants may receive one raffle ticket for every $1.00 donation made to Fort Myers Amateur Radio Club. Donations can be made at the ticket table or prior to 12/31/25 at the Hamfest website.
  • To be entered in the drawing, please clearly fill out the raffle ticket with your name, call sign (if any), address, e-mail, and phone number in the spaces provided. Then put your ticket in the appropriate prize barrel. Illegible contact information may void the ticket.

For each drawing:

  • Raffle tickets for the main prizes will be drawn on Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m.
  • An announcer will clearly describe each prize before pulling a ticket. Tickets will be drawn in the lobby for all to see. The announcer will then announce the winner.
  • If the winner is not present at that time, the winner will be contacted to make arrangement for them to receive their raffle prize.
  • You DO NOT need to be present to win prizes.
  • Hourly Prize drawings will begin at 1:00 p.m. -5:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
    • If the winner is not present at that time of the hourly drawing, The winner will be notified by being posted on the lobby prize display board.
    • Hourly door prize must be picked up in the lobby by 2:00 p.m. Saturday. Any hourly prizes not picked up by that time will be redrawn immediately after the Grand Prize Drawings until all prizes are issued.
  • Drawing for the 4 Grand Prizes will be drawn on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. 
    • You DO NOT need to be present to win grand prizes.
    • If the winner of a Grand Prize is not present at that time, the winner will be contacted to make arrangement for them to receive their raffle prize. Grand Prize must be retrieved within 30 days.
    • The winner of Grand Prizes will be notified by [phone, email, or other method] within 7 days of the drawing.
    • The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this time, it will be forfeited, and a new winner may be drawn. The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
  • An announcer will clearly describe each prize before pulling a ticket. Tickets will be drawn in the lobby for all to see. The announcer will then announce the winner.

We are an extremely active club for those interested in becoming licensed as well as for hams with all levels of experience.
