Ticket Rules

  • All admission tickets that are ordered prior to 12.31.2024 will receive one raffle ticket as an incentive to order your admission tickets early.
  • VIP Tickets will receive 6 free raffle tickets as part of your VIP Package.
  • If ordering your admission tickets online, you may order additional raffle tickets.  Your admission and raffle tickets will be available at Will Call in the lobby.
  • To obtain raffle Tickets during the Hamfest, visit the prize table in the lobby.
  • Any free registrations (youth, student and newly licensed Technicians from VE session) will not receive a free raffle ticket but they may be obtained at the prize table in the lobby.  
  • In order to be entered in the drawing, please fill out the raffle ticket with your name, call sign (if any), address, e-mail, and phone number in the spaces provided. Then put your ticket in the appropriate prize barrel.
  • For each drawing:
    • An announcer will clearly describe each prize before pulling a ticket.
    • Tickets will be drawn in full view of everyone in the lobby.  The announcer will then announce the winner.
    • If the winner is not present at that time, the winning ticket will then be handed to Staff for recording on the prize board.
    • Once the staff records and posts the winner, the winning ticket goes back into the drum for the next hour’s drawing, if applicable.
    • You DO NOT need to be present to win.
  • There is a suggested donation for admission and raffle tickets.  
  • No purchase is required.
  • Any free ticket must be requested in writing.  Please forward your request, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE), to:  FMARC, PO Box 061183, Fort Myers, FL. 33906.

The Fort Myers Amateur Radio Club (FMARC) is the largest amateur radio club in Southwest Florida. We are an extremely active club for those interested in becoming licensed as well as for hams with all levels of experience. The Southwest Florida Traffic Net (SWFTN) is the local affiliate, and is sponsored by, the ARRL’s National Traffic System. Its primary function is to handle formal Radiogram messages as part of the NTS. For more information, click here.
